CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENTS School Nurse NotesMedication in SchoolEffort should be made to give your child's medications at home, but there may be times when they will be required to take medications during the school day. If your child needs to take medication during school hours, please read the pwcs.schoolfusion.us/modules/groups/homepagefiles/cms/493839/File/Regulations/R757-4.pdf. Print page 8, fill it out completely and return it to the nurse along with the needed medication in it's original container. Please note that in keeping with the PWCS Code of Conduct, students are not permitted to carry their own medication to school. When the nurse is not in the clinic, there are trained staff available to administer your child's medication.
